Went in for my first Cryo treatment today. It was awesome! The staff was super friendly and the building was like a spa! I felt like I could conquer the world afterwards. Definitely going to go back for more cryo treatments! Highly recommended.

Cryo is the jam!! I experienced Rhabdomyolysis in March of this year. A few months later, I’ve still been experiencing discomfort and pain during the night. I decided to try a whole body cryotherapy treatment and it was wonderful. After my first experience, my legs were not achy, I was able to complete more of my recovery workout and sleep through the night! I highly recommend trying.

I had the Vitamin Infusion and I felt immediate results. I was worried about having to sit for 40 minutes hooked up to the IV but it went by quickly. The staff was so welcoming and knowledgeable about what I needed. I will definitely be trying more of their services!!

I had the Cryo facial this morning and loved it. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable . The spa atmosphere was great! I plan on going back soon for another facial and hoping to have a girls night there as well
